I had such a great experience with my wisdom tooth extraction. A special thank you to Dr. Kaunda for being so professional, gentle, patient and reassuring throughout the entire procedure. She took the time to explain everything to me, made sure I was comfortable and handled the extraction with such care that the whole experience was much easier than I had anticipated. I also have to mention the lovely lady at the front desk, who was so kind and welcoming. I really appreciated her follow-ups on WhatsApp to check on my progress, as well as the thoughtful reminders about my appointments. Those little things really made me feel well looked after.
